Turns out (and perhaps unsurprisingly,) Koreans are most concentrated in Koreatown area in Midtown Manhattan and Flushing, Queens, with small pockets also in Staten Island and along the 7 train in Sunnyside, Hunters Point, and Woodside. Hover over thea areas to see the number of Koreans and the percentage of the population. Note: This map was divided using percentage of Koreans in the area.

How old is your neighbourhood? Darker areas in the map correspond to areas with high median age in New York. A quick glance reveals higher median age Riverdale, Bronx; far east side of Queens; Coney Island; and Upper East Side. Also notable is how low the median age is for the Columbia University areas within Morningside Heights, particularly 21.1 for the main campus. Hover over the areas to see the median age of the area.
